The short version: Manifest is a focus and intention-setting tool that gates apps behind a daily ritual — not therapy, coaching, or a guarantee that your goals come true. Subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store unless you cancel.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Manifest (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Manifest is published by AkiziTech (“we”, “our”, “us”). If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
2. What Manifest is — and isn't
Manifest is a focus and intention-setting tool. You write a goal, the app writes a daily affirmation line for it, you read the line, and a Screen Time block on apps you’ve chosen lifts for the day.
It is not therapy, coaching, or medical advice, and it makes no promise that a goal you manifest will come true. Ritual lines are generated with the help of AI and are for reflection and motivation only.
- If you’re struggling with your mental health, please seek help from a qualified professional — Manifest is not a substitute.
- The Screen Time block is only as strong as the permissions you grant and the apps you choose to shield; it can be adjusted or removed in Settings at any time.
3. Subscription and purchases
Manifest offers an optional subscription for full access to the app, sold as an auto-renewing in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Pricing, trial terms, and billing cycle are shown in the app before you subscribe and may change as the app evolves.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID account settings.
- Payment is handled entirely by the App Store; purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Apple’s policies — refund requests are handled by Apple.
- “Restore purchases” is available to recover entitlements tied to your Apple ID.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the app or its backend service; or
- Attempt to circumvent subscription entitlements, rate limits, or security measures.
5. Your content and AI-generated lines
You’re responsible for the goals and notes you write. Ritual lines are generated by third-party AI models from your goal text and can occasionally be repetitive, imperfect, or miss the mark — they are suggestions to read and reflect on, not guarantees of outcome or professional advice.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Screen Time gate will function without interruption, that generated lines will be error-free, or that any manifested goal will be achieved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AkiziTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on a ritual line or the Screen Time gate. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
